Luis A., the consultor and project manager of B&K, was my primary contact and the one who worked with us on a design for our project. He was very courteous and helpful during the entire project and helped answer any questions we had along the way.
He helped us with suggestions for new fixtures and tile as well as suggesting design ideas that were being used in more contemporary bathrooms.
The crew that he contracted to perform the labor worked up to 12 hours a day or more to ensure that the project was completed on time. We were kept in the loop the entire process and informed about how each phase was proceeding.
